I'm a big fan of all your books, ...Hi Lizbeth!

I'm a big fan of all your books, but my favorite is Memoirs of a Sex Toy. I've always thought that the ending of that book was the beginning of another one. I feel that part two of Max and Chelsea's story would make for a completely different and interesting book. Have you ever considered writing a sequel or issuing an updated edition with added content? I would be first in line to buy it if you did!

Also, this question is a bit ridiculous...but what happened to Marlena's cat at the end of My Promiscuous Amsterdam?! It's never mentioned again at the end, and I worry about silly things like that. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7560011252527784678.post-59699634741106120872015-04-06T10:16:36.381-04:002015-04-06T10:16:36.381-04:00So glad you liked it. Not only was it beautifully, eloquently written, the entire piece resonated deeply with my own experience as a writer, speaking of the passion, the angst and the obsession of writing. I wrote on the same subject, though in a much different kind of piece, with a different intent in mind. http://lizbethdusseau.blogspot.com/2014/03/this-is-why-i-write.htmlLizbeth Dusseauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03643008901052803127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7560011252527784678.post-31568038276713559192014-05-24T13:25:29.960-04:002014-05-24T13:25:29.960-04:00"...to feel her body rise and fall, feel the ..."...to feel her body rise and fall, feel the ache, the smarting spasms, and the pressing need to let it loose." What prompted this particular post was the big "G", who are now scanning the actual text of books for keywords, all unknown to us, which is a slippery slope, especially since they are likely not be checking context. I feel like my hands are being tied as a writer, that the English dictionary is being revised by corporate mandate, and I can no longer use this beautiful language we've been blessed with, without first consulting the censorship gods. Better stop now, and go do some Zen meditation before my blood pressure soars.
Lizbeth Dusseauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03643008901052803127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7560011252527784678.post-88915066797850543592014-03-08T11:26:00.234-05:002014-03-08T11:26:00.234-05:00I see the censors at the Mighty Zon tagged you. What I have learned is that anything in title or blurb that smacks (sorry) of non-consent gets flagged. Others are inappropriate age, bestiality, necro, incest, scat. There may be a few others. Nudity on the cover may get you flagged. So far BDSM themes in general pass, but I've had to point out to them on several occasions that they let 50 Shades slide so don't be flagging mine.
